Warnings: Tandy's backstory involves domestic abuse, drug use, sex trafficking, and emotional abuse (supernatural). Which will come up if you read Tandy's mind and spark the right memories. Tandy's abilities center around light and hope. Hope, specifically, Tandy can see and explore through physical contact. Essentially no time paces while Tandy reads a person's hopes (a few moments equals several minutes inside the mind), and she experiences a person's hopes through imagery and seeing a person in their true hopeful life (whatever it is). Tandy usually goes unnoticed in a person's soul when she does this, but she'll get noticed if you have significant spiritual training or power (as in a faith check less than a chi or int check) and you can boot her out of your head. The setting of the vision is almost always outside, and if your hope needs to be inside it'll be a glass room in a forest. Hopes can be a simple as 'many women' or 'world peace' or 'making that asshole boss your slave.' Tandy also has the ability to steal hopes, if this happens it'll be an actual plot and I will ask first and figure out what happens cause it has a lot of ramifications.
